World of 2K38 is a publication by Dutch IT-lawyer Arnoud Engelfriet. It began as a short story for the Dutch IViR Science Fiction & Information Law Essay Competition, but quickly grew into a complete timeline with more stories all over the place. I am collecting these stories here and building the timeline, purely as a hobby.
